Concierge meet-and-greet at Domine Eduard Osok Airport (SOQ). 20-minute transfer to the yacht. Welcome lunch under sail toward the Dampier Strait, first afternoon snorkel at Sauwandarek house reef, dinner at anchor.
Dawn dive at Cape Kri — the world-record fish biodiversity site. Mid-morning snorkel at Manta Sandy for reef manta cleaning stations. Afternoon at Arborek village (manta jetty + woven crafts).
Two dives or snorkels at Friwen Wall and Mioskon. Afternoon sail north to Piaynemo, evening at anchor with a sunset on the foredeck.
Dawn climb to the Piaynemo viewpoint — the most-photographed view in Raja Ampat. Mid-morning snorkel at Melissa's Garden. Sail to Wayag in the afternoon.
Sunrise climb to the Wayag summit — 180 metres of karst scramble for the panorama. Hidden Lagoon by tender at low tide, frigatebird colonies, afternoon snorkel with black-tip reef sharks.
Second viewpoint climb at dawn (an easier ridge), kayak the western karsts, afternoon return sail toward the Dampier Strait with an overnight transit.
Morning snorkel at Cape Kri or Blue Magic, late breakfast, transit to Sorong. Concierge transfer to SOQ for international flights from 14:00 onwards.
